Some features in my Riva dashboard show a lock icon. What does this mean?
Answer
A lock icon means that the feature or module is currently unavailable for your account. Possible reasons:
- The feature is not activated
- Access to the feature has expired
- Your account has reached a usage limit
Open your account overview to see details about your available features and access.
